Welcome to Class 1/2 where we offer a nurturing and supportive environment in which the children are able to develop their speech, language and communication skills alongside their social and academic abilities. 

Our aim is to provide children with an appropriate programme of learning to develop their dispositions to learn and assist them to develop the skills and competences they will need to succeed in school and in future life.

Well-planned play and practical activities provide opportunities for children to begin to develop an awareness of: themselves, others, the environment and a range of social and learning skills.
