Class 11/12 enjoyed a Careers trip to QUB's Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation Centre in Newtownabbey. This site will provide high quality innovation support to the manufacturing and advanced engineering industry. The development is currently under construction by Henry Brothers Ltd.

The trip was facilitated by Construction Futures, which supports careers in the construction industry. The class enjoyed seeing the various job roles on a construction site and found out where training in this area could take them.
